OFFICIAL transcripts from high school and ALL colleges previously attended excluding other 维吉尼亚州 Community Colleges, MUST be submitted to the WCC 招生 & Records Office by the application deadline.

I understand that the program indicated above cannot be added as my curriculum/program of study unless I am selected for admission to the program. I agree to be placed in the General Studies-Health Sciences curriculum while I wait to be considered for admission.

I have read and understand the requirements for health program admission as described on the WCC website. I also understand it is my responsibility to make sure that all admissions requirements are met and that all materials are received by the WCC 招生 and Records Office by the application deadlines. I also certify that I have disclosed all previous colleges attended and will provide a complete OFFICIAL transcript from each college as a part of my application (excluding other VCCS transcripts).
